Our company has own design and R&D department, a team of 6 people, dedicated to designing styles for customers to choose according to the market and customer needs. Our design team has a keen market insight, has accumulated experience in hunting wear and other professional clothing, and can provide customers with choices and suggestions.
Sample Development Capabilities
BOWINS focuses on sample development, process improvement and production in the early stage to pave the way for production.Research into the shape, functionality and comfort of wearing has been intensified.We have 4 full-time R & D designers,10 template designers with many years of experience, and 20 sample garment workers with 8 years of work experience.
We often use white cotton cloth to make three dimensional pattern trimming and cutting based on customer’ product drawings and technical requirements, then your design styles and requirements can be quickly realized with nice fitting before the real fabric sample put into production.
Production Capabilities
BOWINS has two solely-owned factories and more than 300 workers with the workshop covering an area of more than 15000 square meters. With the expansion of production scale, BOWINS transforms and updates its factories to precisely improve the quality of middle&upper end functional garments and increase the production capacity by bringing in advanced intelligent production machines such as automatic assembly line, automatic cutting table, automatic spreading machine, automatic template machine, automatic pattern machine, updated HH brand seam sealing machine, press machine and special machines for seamless garments.
Quality Control Capabilities
BOWINS is equipped with a professional quality control department and has introduced professional quality control talents and intelligent production equipment. QC department set up fabric & accessory merchandiser,Printing embroidery merchandiser, sample and mass order merchandiser. We strictly follow all the quality control process system for each production link, we strictly grasp the production line, has always been in accordance with the international standard of inspection A.Q.L 1.5 & 2.5, lead the team company toward a higher quality.
